Education Qualification (as on 01.11.2021):

Management Trainees: Graduation /Post Graduation from a recognized University, B. Sc., BE/B. Tech (Computer Science/IT), Graduate in Law with 60% marks, B.Com, M.Com, Chartered accountants (ICAI), Company Secretary (ICSI), Cost and Management Accountant, MBA(Finance)

Hindi Officer- Scale I: Graduation /Post Graduation from a recognized University, Post Graduate Master’s Degree in Hindi/Hindi translation with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s Degree level with 60% marks

Agriculture Insurance Company India Limited (AIC) Important Dates:

On line Registration & payment of fees: 23rd November to 13th December 2021 (both dates inclusive, from 08.00 hrs of 23rd November 2021 and 20.00 hrs on 13th December 2021) 

Month of Online Examination: January 2022 (Tentative)

Downloading of call letters for examination commences from: Around 10 days prior to the date of examination

Online Pre-recruitment training for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates: Around 10 days prior to the date of examination

Emoluments & benefits:

(A) Management trainees : The selected candidates would be paid a consolidated pay of Rs. 40,000/- p.m. for the 1 st year and Rs. 42,500/- p.m. for the 2nd year. 

(B) Hindi Officer – Scale I Basic pay of Rs.32795/- in the scale of Rs. 32795-1610(14)-55335-1745(4)- 62315 and other admissible allowance as applicable. Total emoluments will be approximately Rs. 65,000/- p.m. in Metropolitan Centers. Other benefits such as Pension under New Pension system governed by PFRDA, Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. shall be as per prevailing rules of the Company. The Officer is also entitled for Company’s/leased accommodation as per norms

Age (as on 01.11.2021) : Minimum Age: 21 years & Maximum Age: 30 years, i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 1st November 1991 and not later than 31st October 2000 (both dates inclusive).
